♦ What is DIY? DIY is “Do It Yourself”. You manage all the details and backend setup and maintenance of the account, you make sure emails and SMS review invites go out, you use our tool to create review widgets for integration on your website, integrate appropriate review site options, etc.
♦ What is Done for You? With the “Done for You” option, we manage the system & integrations for you (you do still have access to the account as a user so you can see stats and such). Additionally add-on services may be negotiated from our other offerings as well; such as website design and maintenance, reputation management, social media management, etc.
♦ After plan/account setup, additional users, QR-code/NFC cards/stands, and email/SMS credits can be purchased and added to the account from the “Client Area” page. Accounts can also be upgraded after setup as well.
